The Geldmerk project, spearheaded by Atlas Guide Corp., is meant to be an advanced commodity-marker service with a protocol-owned treasury pattern for its basic standard. As a technological credit-media service it is meant to serve modern financial needs while eliminating capability-deprivations that cause extreme poverty.
Geldmerk is developed to be a perpetual, non-interest bearing note, redeemable at a ratcheting floor rate, with freely floating secondary-market upside.
Geldmerk is developing two layers. The backed layer is a hard claim on the reserve vault. The market layer is whatever the market decides above the floor rate.
Geldmerk exists for the mission of ameliorating penury as much as possible.
Geldmerk is created one way only. When a unit is issued, the full “floor value” moves into the segregated reserve vault at the same moment — before anything else happens. The remainder of the issue price is Atlas Guide Corp.'s revenue, and it is what funds our operations and our mission. There are no pre-mints, no insider allocations, no exceptions. A unit may exist only if its floor is already in the vault. That rule applies to everyone — especially to us.
Geldmerk ultimately is a privately-branded current-asset system. This means that Geldmerk is also comfortable being a supplementary currency asset in comparison to public-sector derived legal tender. Even as an auxiliary asset, with a centralized organization operating Geldmerk, service as well as liquidity will be toiled upon to be enhanced.
Geldmerk is currently only available to qualified organizations, enterprises, capitalists and entrepreneurs. Find out if you qualify to own geldmerk units. Contact Atlas Guide Corp. to see if you qualify.
